Contractors prepare for a brutal hurricane season as stated by the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration or better known as NOAA. As hurricane season starts to get back into swing, NOAA has declared this season to be one for the record books. NOAA has released forecasts that anticipate the occurrence of over 13 hurricanes this season.
