VIPR Virtual Incident Procurement System

The USDA Forest Service, via its Virtual Incident Procurement (VIPR) system, is re-soliciting for Chippers, Generics, Miscellaneous Heavy Equipment (Feller Buncher, Mulcher/Masticator-Boom Mounted, Road Grader, Skidder, and Strip Mulcher-Masticator), Mobile Laundry, Portable Toilets, and Potable & Gray Water Trucks/Hand-washing Station (Trailer Mounted).
Vendors also may respond to “generic” solicitations, which allow them to add and/or list resources that do not fall into a standard resource group listed in the vendor application.
For additional information about using the vendor application and, if you’re already registered as a vendor, to login, visit the Vendor Application Page.
After you’ve logged in, you can view solicitations and start the quote process and enter resources into the VIPR application. If you’re adding resources and/or resource information, the VIPR will determine the resource category in which your resource or resources fit. If your resource or resources fit in more than one category, you can select the Dispatch Center for each type you are offering.
For information about becoming a vendor, visit the How to Sign Up Page.
