OASIS Small Business Contract Open for Bidding on FedBizOpps

The General Service Administration’s (GSA) OASIS Small Business Contract is now currently available on FedBizOpps as announced in a press releases by the GSA. The OASIS Small Business contracts has a 100% set aside goal that will just be issued to 8(a) businesses, HUBZone businesses, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned businesseseconomically disadvantaged woman owned/woman owned businesses and total small businesses.


The Notice of Proceed (NOP) for the OASIS Small Business contract allows procurement officers to purchase commercial, non-commercial, multi-disciplinary and complex professional services.  OASIS Small Business currently has 125 active companies attached to the program and is developing into the largest government-wide acquisition contract (GWAC) ever made for small businesses in government contracting to date.


Tom Sharpe, FAS Commissioner stated, “OASIS SB has great potential to provide agencies with more flexible full-service contract vehicle options while driving down costs for the American taxpayer. The program will strengthen the federal government by minimizing contract duplication and improving efficiency, while also delivering solid benefits to the selected OASIS SB industry partners and maximizing opportunities for small businesses.”
