Recovery.gov is the United States Government’s official website used to track and report data related to Recovery Act spending. However, as reported in the Recovery Blog, the site is also require to provide leads to potential job opportunities “to the extent practical”.
In addition to the site’s specific job searching functions, users can find work in other ways as well. By checking the list of Recovery contracts awarded, site visitors can build a list of leads for jobs or even sub-contracting opportunities. Such opportunities may also be found by checking contract award notices posted to FedBizOpps.gov.
